Lush, Organic Destination Wedding in Provence

Greg Finck wedding never disappoints, but when you add the floral talents of Laetitia C. to the equation? You, my dear, have got Provence nuptial perfection right at your fingertips. Designed with a natural, beautifully organic aesthetic, it’s a day that plays off its South of France setting and the results are a destination wedding done so, so right.

From Greg Finck PhotographyLe Mas de la Rose is a hidden gem in the heart of Provence, surrounded by olive groves and lavender fields. That is in that elegant though intimate typical Provence venue that Fabienne and Carlo had decided to tie the knot. Fabienne is from Switzerland and Carlo from the US, but they had decided to organize a destination wedding by themselves in the South of France. To delight their guests and enjoy the Provence easy lifestyle.

Stationery had been designed by the groom’s brother, and were in a variation of green and grey, which has been the color palette during the whole day. Laetitia C., who is now a friend, has once more done her magic on floral design. Fantastic flowers arrangements were everywhere, from the ceremony to the reception, and were all beautifully designed in a soft green color palette. The bouquets were elegant but not too strict, to reflect the organic and natural side of the region.

The ceremony has probably been one of the most emotional I’ve had the occasion to live this year. The officiant was one of the groom’s best friend and it was difficult not to drop a tear when Fabienne and Carlo exchanged their vows, in the presence of Max, Carlo’s son.

The cocktail was yummy with typical Provence food, including ‘tapenade’ (black olive paste) and regional vegetables, as Le Mas de la Rose grows its own vegetables in the garden. Dinner was similar with amazing organic Provence food and fine wine. The party last until the end of the night, when the bride and groom surprised their guests with an ice cream cart.

Whimsical Pink Wedding San Ysidro Ranch

Y’all know we go weak at the knees for a San Ysidro Ranch affair, but when it happens to include a pro golfer Groom and his designer Bride? Well, let’s just say we were smitten from the get-go. Fiore Beauty ensured all eyes were on the Bride, while fuchsia floral crowns and flirty accents set the scene. With a pretty palette, and details galore – Samuel Lippke Studios captured a gallery that defines pretty.

From Samuel Lippke StudiosWe just adore Kristy & Scott’s wedding! Scott is on the PGA tour as one of the youngest professional golfers & Kristy worked as a designer for Ralph Lauren before moving to POLO, where she met the love of her life while getting him sponsored! These stunning newlyweds were a breeze for Samuel to photograph – they both looked amazing and their love for each other is effortless and beautiful. The two were so laid back that even when a power outage threatened their reception, they didn’t even mind; candlelight dinners are always more romantic anyway, right? We definitely agree.

We were blown away by how beautiful San Ysidro Ranch was & the florals by BloomBox enhanced it so well. We love the deep fuchsia flowers BloomBox used for the bridemaids’ floral crowns. As always, Samuel loved working with the planning gurus from Details Details; Chelsea Navran was an amazing coordinator. Put all of that work together with Kristy’s Oscar de la Renta dress, Scott’s Hugo Boss suit, & the bridesmaids’ colorful M Missoni dresses and you have one amazing event!

Romantic St. Louis Wedding with Pops of Pink

This perfect match? Well, after meeting online they met for pizza, and the rest as they say is history. History in the form coral gowns and blushing Troy Flower Shop blooms. History captured first hand by Lisa Dolan Photography in a gallery that will have all of us bookmarking this pretty affair as one of our all-time favorites.

Event Venue

From the beautiful Bride… A little over two years ago I moved from St. Louis to New York. I met Brad on aka stranger-danger. He introduced me to some of New York’s best pizza, terrible stand up comedy and soup dumplings. I quickly fell in love with this city and him. Brad was my first date in New York and now I call him my husband!

The wedding was in St. Louis so we did most of the planning from NYC. I work as an interior designer at an architectural firm but jumping into wedding planning was like a whole new world that I didn’t know much about. I instantly became glued to Pinterest, wedding blogs and the extensive excel spreadsheet that kept me organized through the chaos.

My dress was a strapless ivory satin Pronovias from Isabella’s Bridal Shop in New York. I really wanted lace sleeves but had a terrible time finding someone to do the build-up work. Through some online recommendations I found out that the local cleaners had a great tailor and seamstress. I went to Manny’s Cleaners in Forest Hills and they did an amazing job. My bridesmaids were spread out in New York, Missouri and North Dakota so I had them pick out dresses from a color range of blush, peach or coral. The dresses came from Dillard’s, J Crew, David’s Bridal and a vintage shop in Brooklyn. Although I only saw pictures before the big day I’m so happy with how they turned out together.

Brad is very into fashion and has a love of suits and shoes. He selected the midnight blue tuxedo from It was delivered the week of the wedding but was a little smaller than measured. They shipped him another to my parent’s house in St. Louis for no charge. As a groomsmen gift Brad ordered matching pink ties, gold 2” tie bars and white cotton pocket squares with a midnight navy border from

The invitations were ordered and printed by Yellow Brick Graphics. I found coral envelopes and gold polka dot envelope liners from Cards and Pockets. We also printed wrap-around labels with the address on front and return address on back. Brad and I assembled the envelopes and stuffed them with an invitation suite wrapped up with gold glitter ribbon. When all was said and done even our cat was covered in glitter.

Andrea from Troy Flower Shop did the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table flowers, cake accents, arbor arrangement and my hair comb. Everything turned out better than I could have even imagined. Our photographer was Lisa Dolan of Lisa Dolan Photography. We first met Lisa for our engagement photos in December. It was 22 degrees outside and I could barely feel my fingers but Lisa made it worth ever minute! She captured our newly engaged excitement in a beautiful golden winter light. The wedding photos were nothing short of amazing. I LOVED them all and I’m so glad we found her.

Elegant New York City Fall Wedding

I’ve heard my fair share of wedding wisdom, but this Bride’s advice – to find one moment of peace in the middle of your wedding day, to candidly bask in your joy – is one I’ll take to heart. I trust her, for when you look through these pics of her classic NYC wedding, captured by Ashley Kelemen and Luke Lindgren Cinematography, I’m pretty sure she was living the dream.

From Ashley Kelemen… Erin and Tucker are a dream couple. They’re wildly in love, super laid back and have incredible taste. They pulled together an intimate, family-centric day full of laughter and chic details, with special touches like the vintage trolley to move their bridal party around the city. All in all, their beautiful, classically New York wedding was a day to remember.

From The Bride… Tucker and I have been together for just short of a decade, since our sophomore year at Villanova University, and we both felt it very important that the wedding feel very us. We were very excited to incorporate specific elements that would really resonate with our guests, from the allusions to Villanova to the personalized guest book chronicling our lives and lineage, starting as far back as our grandparents’ weddings. From the beginning I wanted the details to feel unique and interesting but not distracting from the importance of the day itself.

I worked really hard to strike what I felt was the perfect balance of classic and contemporary. The church and ceremony were very traditional and sentimental; the priest who performed our homily married my parents, one of my aunts, and my sister and brother-in-law, and baptized my siblings, my goddaughter, and myself. My father walked me down the aisle to Clarke’s Trumpet Voluntary at the suggestion of St Francis’ music director; thinking of the organ pouring out the first few notes still brings tears to my eyes. At the reception, the tables were named after places that meant a lot to us at school and I surprised Tucker with a groom’s cake in the shape of the Villanova V. I loved that the day’s loose theme was also reflective of our current life in New York City, with a black, white and navy color scheme throughout, and a skyline motif running through the programs, menus and placecards. Being on the water was crucial to both of us, which is why we were incredibly excited when the clouds parted and the rain stopped shortly before the ceremony, to make way for a gorgeous NYC sunset overlooking the Statue of Liberty. By the time we finished portraits and joined cocktail hour, we were ready to party. I had Roz stay and take off my cathedral veil and throw my hair into a massive bun so that I could dance. We had a big dancing faction among our friends and family and really appreciated that our band understood our boogying needs and provided one smash hit after another.

We were so fortunate to work with such incredible vendors. I was lucky enough to meet Ashley when she was still a New Yorker working in fashion sales. I always admired her passion for photography and was beyond excited when she made the transition to shooting weddings full time. She introduced us to Luke who’s responsible for our amazing wedding videos – people still call me in tears when they watch for the first time. We enjoyed them so much at the end of the night we convinced the two of them to drop their gear and party with us through the after party and into the early hours. It gave my perfectionist side a lot of relief to know that we were working with such talented vendors who executed every element of the day with beauty and elegance. If I had one piece of advice it would be to find one tiny, intimate moment of peace in the middle of the day and candidly bask in your own joy… and if at all possible, have someone capture it on film.

Overall, it was an absolutely incredible day and if it were possible, I’d live it over and over indefinitely. In the eternal words of Biggie Smalls, “it was all a dream.”
